Third-party services. Appointment scheduling is provided by athenahealth, online program purchases by InstaPaytient, financing by Cherry, and maps by Google. Information you enter on those services is governed by their own privacy policies.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, provide and manage the services you request, send appointment reminders and practice updates, improve the Site, and comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Kleiman Healthcare Services may send you text messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, account or program notifications, and occasional practice updates.
