Kleiman Healthcare Services
Naz Kleiman is a ANCC board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of nursing experience in trauma nursing, primary care, women’s health, urgent care, workmen’s comp, allergy testing and family medicine. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Walden University with Master of Science in Nursing.

Nikki Lopez
Nikki Lopez is certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and began her nursing practice in 2008 while living in Cleveland, Ohio at the Cleveland Clinic. She has nearly 15 years of experience in a wide range of specialties including ENT, Respiratory, Workman’s Compensation, Orthopedics, Organ Transplant, Oncology, Cardiology, and Primary Care. Nikki continues to expand her knowledge after the completion of her Master of Science in Nursing with Chamberlain University. Through engagement in continuing education, she remains up to date with emerging medical advancements and continues to provide respectful, quality care to a variety of diverse populations.
Nikki relocated to Oregon in 2018 with her husband. She volunteers at her community free clinic and maintains a position working with veterans struggling with homelessness and use disorders throughout Oregon and Washington.
